Ezeugwu Tochukwu David
Ezeugwu Tochukwu David is the founding architect and creative force behind Giant Designs — a practice dedicated to crafting spaces that embody cultural identity, architectural excellence, and lasting value.
With a design philosophy rooted in the Igbo and Hausa cultural heritage of Nigeria, Tochukwu gives each project a name and a meaning — AKU (wealth), ULO (home), TARE (together), MADUBI (mirror) — transforming architecture into storytelling. Each name is an intention, and each building is its fulfilment.
His work spans luxury residential homes, contemporary duplexes, multi-unit apartment complexes, and specialist healthcare facilities across Abuja, Enugu, and Anambra. Every project is approached with equal rigour — from concept design and 3D visualisation to working drawings and construction supervision.
Tochukwu believes that great architecture should stand the test of time — not merely as a structure, but as a legacy that reflects the values, ambitions, and identity of those who inhabit it.
Giant Designs is a Nigerian architectural practice committed to innovation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence. The studio operates across multiple states and has delivered residential and commercial projects at concept, tender, and construction stages. Every design is approached as an opportunity to leave a lasting impression — architecture that stands the test of time.
Architecture that does not age — rooted in culture, shaped by precision.
Locally sourced, eco-friendly materials that serve both function and responsibility.
Spaces planned for comfort, privacy, flow, and the rhythms of daily life.
High-quality execution at every stage — from concept to construction.
